Thunder Bay Hits 243 New Builds, Earns Final-Year Building Faster Funding
Thunder Bay has secured $709,000 from the province after surpassing its 2025 housing target with 243 new builds. The final year of the Building Faster Fund recognizes the city’s continued momentum, streamlined permitting, and major infrastructure expansions that are opening more land for development.
