CPCA Finals Not Returning to Lloydminster for 2026 | Rogers tv
Chuckwagon racing will not be returning to Lloydminster this season, ending a more than 30 year run of the chucks at Halstead Downs. The Lloydminster Agricultural Exhibition Association says the Canadian Professional Chuckwagon Association did not approach them to renew their hosting agreement after the 2025 season, and cited financial risk as another key factor. The CPCA, in a written statement to Rogers tv, says it was disappointed to learn the Lloyd Exh did not wish to enter into negotiations for 2026.
