City of Lloydminster Introduces AGENT Program | Rogers TV
The City of Lloydminster Municipal Enforcement and the Lloydminster RCMP are introducing the Authorized General Enforcement for Nuisances and Trespassing (AGENT) Program, aimed at helping businesses and property owners address trespassing and nuisance activity on private property. Police say the program allows officers to act on behalf of participating locations, improving response times and addressing repeat issues. However, some community advocates are raising concerns about the programs impact on vulnerable populations, as well as a lack of consultation before it was introduced.
