Lakeland College offers free community tax clinics | Rogers tv
Students at Lakeland College are preparing to offer free tax clinics for eligible community members in Lloydminster. The student run clinics will provide tax preparation for low-income individuals and families, seniors, students and newcomers to Canada. Accounting students prepare the returns as part of a hands-on learning experience, with all filings reviewed by instructors. The clinics will take place at the Lloydminster campus from March 19-21 and April 9-10, with appointments available or walk-ins welcome for those who qualify.
