Tipi Teachings Find a Permanent Home at Father Gorman | Rogers tv
Students at Father Gorman Community School are learning about the values behind the tipi through a new wall display and traditional drumming and dancing. The event, held ahead of National Indigenous Peoples Day, introduced students to Indigenous teachings represented by the tipi and the importance of sharing Indigenous culture with future generations.
