Lloydminster & Vermilion for Equity's Food Security Collective is working to address local food insecurity through a community garden and greenhouse project aimed at supporting vulnerable residents. Organizers say the initiative will help provide fresh produce to those in need, while creating opportunities for community members to get involved through volunteering and hands-on learning.
