An independent registered psychologist with the College of Psychologist of Ontario, Dr. Sandra Jackson presents about “Building Your Mental Fitness Plan”. She challenges the idea that mental health is only for the mentally ill. She says mental health is a process and it often involves engaging with yourself, others and the world in a way that builds resilient skills, attitudes and practices. She provides a format for doing so through the idea of a mental fitness plan.
