Finding A Way

Finding A Way

Going Green - for years, the London community had endeavoured to expand its urban agriculture footprint, often to little avail. As the pandemic started, the food bank announced it would construct a large greenhouse at the rear of its property and begin growing fresh produce for its clients. It then made smaller greenhouses available to faith groups across the city to help feeding initiatives in various neighbourhoods. It was a green mini-revolution and still operates today. In this segment, Glen Pearson describes how it all happened.
