Roadside Tree Planting Project
9,000 native trees will be planted along regional and township roads in Waterloo Region. It's made possible by partnership with the Region of Waterloo, the Township of Wellesley, and the Township of Wilmot took place today afternoon at the Township of Wellesley. Supported through the Federation of Canadian Municipalities’ Growing Canada’s Community Canopies initiative, this project represents a strong regional collaboration.
