Adam started in his mother's restaurant at a young age, managing the kitchen by 16. After business school, he opened his own venture in 2004. Adam's entrepreneurial journey includes consulting on management projects and launching ventures, often in the food industry. Passionate about food and family, he cooks with loved ones in his free time.
Jennifer Heard, PhD, CIAYT, specializes in holistic health, focusing on nutrition for optimal body/mind wellness. With Mindful Nutrition Counseling, she addresses intolerances, emotional eating, autoimmune diseases, and weight management, empowering individuals to take charge of their health for a fulfilling life.
