Mike, a Kitchener native, intended to teach but was drawn to broadcasting in 1995. After starting in Brantford, he journeyed to BC for his first full-time radio gig. Returning to Waterloo Region in 2003, he now hosts The Mike Farwell Show and calls Kitchener Rangers' games. Mike enjoys family time, MCing events, and sampling craft beer.
