Satellite Technology Transforms Crop Insurance in Saskatchewan
The Satellite Forage Insurance which uses satelites to measure soil moisture will be replacing Forage Rainfall Insurance program. The new approach is designed to provide more accurate, localized coverage, helping producers manage risk during dry and unpredictable growing seasons.
