German POW’s held at Camp 20 in Gravenhurst were offered university courses, given musical instruments to form and orchestra, enjoyed a first-class library, tennis lessons on the lawn, sunbathing on the beach, and chef cooked meals, all in the comfort of what was once a luxury sanatorium.
