Lloyd Gwilliam is a resident of Winnipeg, Manitoba.  His career with CPR took him from one end of Canada to the other.  At age 51 he decided to leave the everyday working world and hasn’t looked back.  Since then he has been Mayor of Grenfell, Saskatchewan, a member of the Board of Directors for the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region, Meals on Wheels Winnipeg and St. James 55+ in Winnipeg.  In 2012 he received the Queen Elizabeth the II’s Diamond Jubilee Medal for volunteerism.  Since shortly before Covid struck he has been enhancing his videographer skills via YouTube and more recently helping provide Toastmasters content for the Rogers TV community access programming, and branching out into his own program Manitoba Seniors Today.
