BC Conservatives Launch Petition to Repeal DRIPA
B.C. Conservative MLA Harman Bhangu has received preliminary approval from Elections BC to begin an initiative petition seeking the repeal of the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act (DRIPA). To succeed, the campaign must collect signatures from at least 10 per cent of registered voters in every one of B.C.'s 93 electoral districts within 90 days.
