Ontario Gets Poor Grade in Poverty Report
Food Banks Canada says more than two million visits are now being made to food banks across the country every month, a number that continues to trend upwards. In its latest poverty report card released on Monday, Food Banks Canada gave the country a “D+” rating, while Ontario received a “D-” rating. The reports states many families are stuggling to afford basic neccesities despite being employed.
