Local High School Students Become Warden For A Day
Three local high school students had the opportunity to be Middlesex County Warden for a Day. They were given a tour of the building and met with the warden and senior staff. For grade 12 student Kaevan Cormier it was a chance to glimpse a political life that may be in his future.
Katherine Legg is also interested in pursuing politics, and the grade 12 student used the opportunity to advocate for local youth.
The selection process for the Warden for a Day contest included making a short video or essay, and grade 10 student Iver Clark used an issue he sees in his community to guide his entry.
