Community News Ottawa: $5.1M Investment to Expand Cycling Network in Orléans
The City of Ottawa will create new cycling facilities along Orléans Boulevard and Jeanne d’Arc Boulevard following an investment of more than $5.1 million from the federal government.
The project will create separated infrastructure for cyclists and pedestrians, connecting nearby residential neighbourhoods with commercial areas along St. Joseph Boulevard and the Convent Glen LRT Station.
The federal government is investing $5,148,000 through the Active Transportation Fund.
