Chef Yves Dechaine is the Executive Chef & Learning Kitchen Manager at the Greener Village. Originally from Sudbury Ontario he has worked in many places such as Charlottetown, Ottawa, Nantucket, and now Fredericton. A Red Seal Chef, he graduated with Honours from the Culinary Institute of Canada.
