Lloydetta Quaicoe
Originally from Sierra Leone, Dr. Lloydetta Quaicoe received a law degree from the University of South Australia and moved to NL in 1982. Since coming to the province, she has distinguished herself for decades in academia and for her dedication and support for a number of social causes.
