City proposes taxi bylaw update focused on safety | Rogers tv
The City of Lloydminster is looking to modernize it's Taxi and Vehicle for Hire Bylaw for the first time in nearly a decade. The update would require all taxis to have in-car video and audio recording, a move the City says will help improve safety for both drivers and passengers. Rogers tv spoke with Director of Public Safety Andrew DeGruchy and Taxi FilCanadian owner Marjun Monez, who both say the change could help protect drivers and riders alike.
